Our Story

Anatis Paradigm - Latin for Duck Model - is a labor of love that started over 20 years ago. Our founder, Heather Fahnestock, began a career in education and like most educators, realized that the traditional model doesn't work for some. She set out to bring her vision of a holistic environment to life in an effort to empower all students.  Anatis Paradigm was launched through Waterview Learning Academy in 2012 to build a source of data and observations on the models success.
